Overview
Plum Cake is a rich, moist, and flavourful fruit cake traditionally associated with Christmas and festive celebrations. Despite its name, Indian-style plum cake often contains little or no fresh plum. Instead, it is typically prepared with a generous combination of dried fruits, candied fruits, nuts, aromatic spices, and a rich cake batter.
